Phone Calls

We realize there may be times that you have a question or concern about an illness or medication.  Our reception staff will be happy to take a message and forward to the physician or triage staff.  Unless your need is an emergency, it may take several hours before our staff contacts you.

We need you to furnish your phone number, date of birth and pharmacy of choice along with your message.  This helps to expedite your call.

Triage phone calls after 4:30PM will be handled the following day, unless it is an emergency.  Please call for all refills several days before running out of medication.  No prescriptions for pain medicine or nerve or sleep medicine will be filled on night or weekends.
