Roger Hill, MD, joined our practice in 1992. He is originally from California, although,
he spent his childhood in Washington, DC. He attended medical school in Loma Linda,
California and completed his residency in Hinsdale, Illinois. Dr. Hill also holds
a MPH degree. Dr. Hill is married to Dr. Shelli Cannon and has two daughters. His
hobbies include bike riding, water skiing and snow skiing. Dr. Hill is accepting
new patients.

Jennifer Olson, MD, originally from Worthington, Minnesota, spent her childhood
in central Wisconsin. She joined our practice in 2002. Dr. Olson graduated medical
school from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her residency
in Newport News, Virginia at Riverside Family Medicine where she served as Chief
Resident. In her spare time, Dr. Olson enjoys traveling, riding her horses and working
on her small farm. She is accepting new patients.

Clay W. Richardson, MD, originally from Hendersonville, founded Table Rock Family
Medicine in 1985. He went to medical school in Chapel Hill, NC and completed his
residency in Asheville. He has one daughter, Maggie, who lives in Charlotte. Dr.
Richardson also has 5 "daughters" living around the world who each lived with his
family for 1 year through the AFS exchange program. He enjoys hiking, most all outdoor
sports, cooking, and searching for the perfect beach. Dr. Richardson is currently
accepting new patients.

Deanna Scherock, MD is originally from Michigan. She graduated from medical school
at the University of Miami in Florida and completed her residency in Asheville,
NC. She joined Table Rock Family Medicine in 1997 and is currently working part-time.
Dr. Scherock has 2 sons and 1 daughter. She enjoys running, biking, swimming and
outdoor activities. She is accepting new patients.

Scott Scoggins, MD, joined Table Rock Family Medicine in 1997. He was born in Taipei,
Taiwan and grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Scoggins completed medical school
at the University of Miami and his residency at MAHEC in Asheville, NC. He has a
special interest in pediatrics, obesity and geriatrics. He enjoys outdoor activities,
running, camping and children’s sports. He has two sons and a daughter. He is currently
accepting new patients.

Michael Stephanides has been a Physician Assistant since receiving his degree from Bowman Gray School
of Medicine in 1984. Originally from Maryland, Michael practiced in an orthopedic
practice in Greensboro for seven years before moving to Morganton in 1990. Michael
“re-joined” our practice in 2002 after he and his family worked for two years as
medical missionaries in Honduras. Michaels enjoys his 5 children (2 foster children),
running and Greek food. His does speak Spanish and welcomes the Hispanic community.
